It will come wired with a cord that has an on/off switch. The 40 watt tube bulb is included.

This base is for a large tree by Nowell Molds. It measures approximately 2.75" tall by 8" wide.
The base fits trees with an opening in the bottom of approximately 3 5/8" to 4 1/4" in diameter.
